About the role:

Continued growth and success has now generated a brand new chance for an experienced Senior or Associate Civil Engineer to join our team. We're looking for a highly capable Civil Engineer who combines technical excellence with a passion for people and project delivery. You'll bring, strong drainage and hydrology expertise, and experience leading complex infrastructure projects.

Just as importantly, you'll enjoy building trusted client relationships, mentoring the next generation of engineers, and working collaboratively to deliver practical, high-quality outcomes that make a difference to our clients and communities.

To be considered for this role, you must be competent in the following areas;

- Degree-qualified Civil Engineer bringing strong technical capability and industry expertise.
- Extensive experience in civil engineering, with deep expertise in drainage, flooding and hydrology across a range of complex projects.
- A proven ability to lead the delivery of multidisciplinary buildings, land development and infrastructure projects, providing technical direction and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop trusted partnerships with clients, project teams and key stakeholders.
- A genuine passion for mentoring and developing others, fostering knowledge sharing and supporting the growth of emerging engineers.
- A collaborative and solutions-focused approach,



with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and communities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
- Charted Engineer (highly regarded)
- Experience using civil engineering software such as Civil 3D, 12D, AutoCAD or similar will be highly advantageous
- Upwards of 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
- High level of direct involvement in delivering large scale projects.
- Knowledge of Australian Standards and local Council requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisation skills and enthusiasm for mentoring.
