We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join one of our business advisory teams, offering you a broad role with many opportunities for upskilling and progression!

About The Role
n
- Provide exceptional client service and act as a key point of contact for clients, accountants, and stakeholders, managing enquiries, appointments, correspondence, and administrative requests in a timely and professional manner.
n
- Coordinate client administration processes including onboarding, maintaining client records and databases, document management, lodgements, registrations, reporting, invoicing, WIP management, and preparation of client documentation.
n
- Support the Business Advisory team by managing workflows, scheduling, data entry, compliance-related administration, and providing efficient administrative assistance to Accountants, Managers,
and Partners.
n
- Oversee general office administration including filing, scanning, mail, banking, meeting coordination, office supplies, catering, and process improvement initiatives, while providing reception support as required.
n
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, identify opportunities to connect clients with additional services, and contribute to a positive, high-performing, client-focused team culture.
n
- Demonstrate strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, accountability, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and service excellence.
n
About You
n
- Certificate III in Business Administration or a related field (desirable).
n
- Proven experience in an Administration Assistant, Client Service, or similar role, ideally within a professional services workplace.
n
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and databases; experience with accounting practice software is advantageous.
n
- Demonstrated ability to build positive client and stakeholder relationships, provide high-quality customer service, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively both independently and within a team.
n
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with excellent time management skills, a strong sense of accountability, and a positive, proactive attitude.
