An established national personal injury practice is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer with a background in plaintiff dust diseases litigation to join its Parramatta office.

This role is ideal for a lawyer who is confident managing matters autonomously, values strong client relationships, and is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes in complex and sensitive claims.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage a caseload of plaintiff dust diseases matters from commencement through to resolution
n
- Work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
n
- Draft court documents, correspondence, and legal submissions with a high level of accuracy
n




- Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients throughout the litigation process
n
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on achieving positive outcomes
n
- Build trusted client relationships through professionalism, care, and responsiveness
n

About You

n

n
- A current NSW Practising Certificate
n
- At least 2+ years PQE in plaintiff dust diseases litigation
n
- Robust written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
n
- Genuine ability to listen to and empathise with clients and their circumstances
n
- Proven ability to manage matters independently while contributing positively to a team
n
- Strong commitment to client outcomes and high-quality legal service
n
