Open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Fellini1s is inspired by the authentic, high-energy Italian street food experience of the vibrant trattorias of Naples and the Amalfi Coast. Fellini1s brings the perfect mix of casual and Mediterranean dining.

We're looking for a vibrant Café Supervisor to lead service and support the day-to-day operations of the café. If you're passionate about coffee, thrive in a quick-paced environment and love developing great teams, we'd love to hear from you.

What youll be doing:

n

n
- Leading and motivating a team of baristas team during breakfast service
n
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day café operations
n
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
n
- Assisting with staff training, onboarding and development
n
- Managing rosters, stock control and ordering
n
- Maintaining high presentation, cleanliness and service standards
n
- Supporting the venue leadership team with daily operations
n

n

What were looking for:

n

n
- Previous experience in a café or restaurant leadership role
n
- A confident and approachable leader who leads by example
n
- An understanding of coffee and how to execute the perfect pour
n
- Solid organisational and communication skills
n
- Passion for hospitality,



coffee and guest experience
n
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
n
- Experience with POS systems and hospitality technology is highly regarded
n
