We are an international company operating in the fashion and retail industry, with a strong presence across different markets and an extensive network of stores. We are currently looking for a dynamic, customer-focused and sales-oriented person to join our store in Chadstone VIC.

About The Role

n

As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the store team and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting the achievement of sales targets and representing the brand's image and values.

Main Responsibilities

n

n
- Welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process.
n
- Provide personalised advice based on each customer's needs.
n
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
n
- Deliver a high standard of customer service.
n
- Support product replenishment and ensure products are correctly displayed.
n
- Assist with visual merchandising activities.
n




- Manage cash desk operations and daily store activities.
n
- Support the receipt, control and organisation of stock.
n
- Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment in line with company standards.
n

Candidate Profile

n

n
- Previous experience in assisted sales, preferably within fashion, footwear or retail.
n
- Robust customer focus and results-oriented mindset.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Positive attitude, proactivity and ability to work as part of a team.
n
- Flexibility and availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
n
- Good level of English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
n
- Interest in fashion, design and product.
n
