Responsibilities

n

n
- Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transporting transportation
n
- Assists to direct traffic in the hotel's driveway
n
- Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
n
- Assists to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department
n
- Supervises employees within the department, making sure that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained
n

n

Qualifications

n

n
- Well developed Communication and Customer Relations Skills
n
- Well developed Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email and Opera
n
- Good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels
n
- Good knowledge of Sydney
n
- Ability to organize the driveway
n
- Essential knowledge of Travel and Hotel industry
n




- Valid Australian Licence is a must
n
