The Role: Head of Operations

n

We're looking for a commercially sharp, systems-driven operator to lead operations across our group. Reporting to the COO, you'll oversee forecasting, inventory, fulfilment, 3PLs, and the rollout of our new tech stack.

n

What You'll Own:

n

End-to-end supply chain ownership — from raw materials to final delivery

n

Demand planning and supply forecasting across retail, eCommerce, and food service

n

3PL performance management and fulfilment optimisation

n

Inventory system integration and process automation

n

SOPs for production, dispatch, replenishment, and returns

n

Collaboration with Sales & Finance on promo/NPD planning

n

Leading and growing a high-performing ops team (2 direct reports)

n

What We're Looking For:

n

5–10 years in FMCG, logistics, or supply chain ops

n

Experience with grocery channel requirements (Woolies, Coles, Metcash)

n

Confident across Shopify, Xero, Cin7 Core, Inventory Planner (or similar systems)

n





Comfortable in fast-paced scale-up environments

n

Strong people and supplier management skills

n

Excited by purpose, impact, and Indigenous representation in FMCG

n
