Job Description Shape the Future of AV & Installation Services At JB Hi-Fi, AV is in our DNA. We've been pioneers in delivering top-tier audio-visual solutions for decades, and we're now seeking a passionate and driven Product Solutions Manager – AV & Installation Services to elevate our Commercial AV & Installation Services to new heights. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the design and delivery of creative, market-ready AV solutions tailored to Business and Education customers. If you have a strong background in commercial AV, AV integration, and solution design, paired with expertise in product management, we want to hear from you! Why This Role?nn

What You'll Donn
- Lead the development and execution of AV product roadmaps, aligning with both market demands and JB Hi-Fi's strategic goals.
n
- Develop and deliver bundled AV solutions and installation services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
n
- Work closely with sales teams to provide training, go-to-market support, and sales enablement resources.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with AV vendors, distributors, and installation partners, ensuring scalable, competitive solutions.
n
- Lead strategies to drive the adoption and growth of AV products and installation services.
n

Qualificationsnn
- A solid background in Commercial AV, AV Integration, and AV Solution Design is essential.
n
- 3+ years in product management within the technology or services industry, with a track record of successfully designing, launching, and managing products or solutions.
n
- Proven experience in developing, launching, and managing AV products and services.
n




- Strong experience working with AV vendors, distributors, and installation partners.
n
- Ability to design scalable and competitive AV solutions that meet customer needs.
n
