We work with a growing network of stockists across Australia and internationally, and we're looking for a passionate, motivated Wholesale Manager to nurture those relationships and help grow our wholesale business.

As Wholesale Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for our wholesale accounts, building lasting partnerships, managing orders end to end & identifying new opportunities to expand our retail presence.

Responsibilities
n
n
- Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale accounts across Australia and internationally including New Zealand.
n
- Proactively onboard new stockists and trade partners, aligned with the Bonnie and Neil brand.
n
- Oversee the full order process from enquiry to despatch, working closely with production and logistics.
n
- Prepare seasonal order forms, lookbooks,
and wholesale materials in collaboration with the creative team.
n
- Attend trade shows, store visits & interstate appointments as required.
n
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting and insights to the leadership team.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes
n
n
- 3–5 years' experience in a retail, wholesale, sales, or account management role, ideally within homewares, lifestyle, or fashion industries.
n
- A genuine love of design, homewares and an understanding of the boutique retail landscape.
n
- Confident communicator with solid relationship building skills.
n
- Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
n
- Comfortable working with ordering systems, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
n
- Self‐motivated and able to work independently within a small, creative team.
