As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead a portfolio of key client contracts, strengthen strategic partnerships and drive outstanding commercial and operational outcomes.

The Opportunity

n

As Contract Manager, you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of client contracts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, commercial performance and long-term client partnerships.

n

You'll work closely with operational leaders, Account Managers and senior stakeholders to ensure contractual commitments are achieved while identifying opportunities to improve performance, strengthen client relationships and support business growth.

n





From managing contract renewals and financial performance to leading strategic client reviews, resolving complex issues and driving continuous improvement, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional outcomes while supporting the ongoing success of Modus Projects.

This role offers the opportunity to influence operational strategy, mentor high-performing teams and make a measurable impact across a growing national business.

What You'll Bring:

n

Proven experience in Contract Management, Facilities Management, Operations Management or a similar leadership role.

n

Strong leadership experience with a passion for coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

n

Demonstrated success managing strategic client relationships and stakeholder engagement.

n

Strong commercial and financial acumen, including contract profitability, budgeting and performance management.

n

Experience managing contractual compliance, KPIs, SLAs and service delivery outcomes.

n

Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.

n

Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

n

Experience within Facilities Management or a similar service-based industry will be highly regarded, while exposure to ESG or sustainability initiatives is an advantage.

n
