We're looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Ayr and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you've done this before or you're new and passionate about helping others — we'd love to hear from you.

n

What you will be doing

n

No two days are the same — you'll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

n

This could include:

n

n
- Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
n
- Supporting someone to get out into the community
n
- Attending appointments or social activities
n
- Medication support
n
- Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)
n

n

What you'll need

- A passion for people and a focus on great customer service

- A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes

- Great listening and respectful communication skills
n
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain)
n
- Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these)
n
- Driver's licence and/or reliable transport
n
