The Role:

We are seeking high-potential graduates to join our AI Graduate Management Program. A unique prospect that blends executive exposure, business strategy, and hands-on AI development.

This program is designed to fast-track future leaders who are passionate about artificial intelligence, data-driven decision-making, and operational innovation. You will work closely with senior leadership while contributing to the design, development, and optimisation of AI-powered solutions across our platform.

What You'll Do:

- Collaborate with the CEO, COO, Executive Director, and CTO to deliver high-impact business and technology initiatives
n
- Support operational and investment process improvements across the organisation
n
- Assist in designing, building, and improving AI-driven features across the swipejobs platform
n
- Train, test, and evaluate machine learning models to enhance system performance and accuracy
n
- Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate AI solutions into live environments
n
- Monitor AI workflows to ensure reliability, scalability, and quality
n
- Contribute to workshops that drive innovation, product enhancement, and continuous improvement
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n




- Bachelor's degree (completed or near completion) in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, Science, Management, or a related field
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret reports and recommend actions
n
- Understanding of financial statements, risk management principles, and operational dependencies
n
- Knowledge of Python and AI/ML frameworks (preferred for technical exposure)
n
- Familiarity with data processing and database technologies (SQL or NoSQL)
n
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
n
- Interest in AI ethics, innovation, and real-world applications of emerging technologies
n
