We are partnering with a renowned large Australian brand to find 4 Senior Change managers to assist in a complex technology transformation. We are particularly looking for people with:
-Salesforce/CRM Transformation
-Data Migrations/Models Experience
-ServiceNow Transformation The role
As a Senior Change Manager, you'll ensure people are ready, willing and able to adopt change. You'll partner closely with executives, delivery teams and business leaders across the organisation to build engagement, understanding and commitment embedding within Agile delivery teams to make sure people impacts are identified and addressed at the pace of delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead change management across strategic transformation initiatives and portfolios
- Develop compelling change stories that connect business outcomes with employee and stakeholder impact
- Partner with executives, delivery teams and business leaders to build engagement and commitment
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, impact assessments, readiness activities, communications and training
- Embed within Agile delivery teams, working alongside Scrum Masters, Product Owners and delivery squads to ensure people impacts are addressed at delivery pace
- Help mature the organisation's change management capability and practice
About you I'm looking for seasoned change professionals who thrives in complex environments and enjoy influencing outcomes through collaboration. You'll bring:
- Demonstrated experience implementing change on either Salesforce/CRM, Data Models/migrations experience, ServiceNow Transformation
- The ability to adapt traditional change approaches impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning and readiness activities to rapid-moving, iterative delivery
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with experience partnering at executive level
- Experience applying recognised change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Lean Change or similar frameworks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complexity into simple, meaningful messages
- A human-centred approach to change, and a genuine interest in helping people navigate transformation successfully
