Rise Engineers are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Civil Engineer / Designer to join our growing team. Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects, focusing on stormwater drainage and roadway/driveway design.
- Develop and review detailed design plans, reports, and documentation.
- Utilize software such as 12D, Civil3D, DRAINS, and MUSIC to produce high-quality engineering designs.
- Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and draftspersons.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant local regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
About you
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a local consulting firm.
- Strong experience in stormwater drainage design and roadway/driveway design.
- Proficiency in using 12D OR Civil3D, DRAINS, and MUSIC software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
