The Opportunity A well-established and highly respected accounting firm based in Ipswich, known locally for genuinely caring about their people and their clients and it shows, both in staff tenure and in the loyalty of their client base. As the firm continues to grow, they're now looking for a Senior Client Services Officer to join their supportive administration/client services team.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for clients and a key support to the accounting and advisory teams, whilst taking ownership of the firm's corporate secretarial function, including:

- Setting up recent companies, trusts & entities via ACIS
- Managing ASIC compliance – annual reviews, company changes, ASIC correspondence & lodgements
- Preparing and maintaining company registers, minutes & resolutions




- Coordinating job flow through APS practice management software
- General administrative support across the corporate secretarial function

About You

- Prior experience in an accounting firm is essential (2+ years)
- Strong Corporate Secretaries experience
- Exposure to APS, BGL Class/360, ACIS or Virtual Cabinet is a strong advantage (training provided if you're strong elsewhere)
