Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Technical Product Developer to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving product excellence across the business.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be responsible for managing the technical development process from concept through to production, ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality, fit, functionality, and commercial viability.

This is a hands-on role that will see you collaborating closely with Design, Production, Sourcing, Merchandising, and key offshore manufacturing partners to deliver premium products that align with the brand's vision and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical development process across multiple product categories within womenswear from concept to production.
- Create, review, and maintain detailed technical packs, specifications, construction details, and grading information.
- Manage garment and product fit sessions, providing expert technical guidance and solutions.
- Partner with design teams to translate creative concepts into commercially successful products.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to achieve premium quality standards and cost objectives.
- Evaluate samples and prototypes,



identifying opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Manage critical path timelines to ensure products are delivered on schedule.
- Drive continuous improvement across development processes, quality standards, and supplier performance.
- Mentor and support junior product development team members.

About You You are a technically strong product specialist who thrives on attention to detail and has a genuine passion for premium product execution.

To be successful, you will have:

- 5+ years' experience in Technical Product Development within a premium or luxury apparel, lifestyle, or consumer goods environment.
- Solid understanding of garment construction, fit, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working directly with offshore suppliers and factories.
- Exceptional technical specification and product development skills.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial mindset combined with a commitment to product quality and innovation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PLM systems, and Microsoft Office.
