Senior Consultant – Ramco Payroll

LTM Australia is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant – Ramco Payroll to provide an independent review of a Ramco Payroll solution currently being implemented.
You will assess the solution against business requirements, payroll controls, statutory obligations and leading practices, identify risks and gaps, and provide practical recommendations and an improvement roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review Ramco Payroll solution design, configuration, processes and implementation approach.
- Assess payroll architecture, workflows, statutory configuration, calendars and processing controls.
- Validate alignment with business requirements, solution design and operating procedures.
- Review end-to-end payroll processes, including master data, time and attendance, leave, calculations, retro processing and final settlements.
- Assess integrations with HRMS, Time & Attendance, Finance, Banking, Tax and Benefits platforms.
- Identify configuration gaps, process inefficiencies, excessive customisation and scalability risks.
- Review data quality, security, segregation of duties, auditability and payroll governance.
- Assess reconciliation, exception handling, reporting and operational support processes.
- Analyse recurring payroll issues and identify root causes across configuration, data, process and integration.
- Benchmark the solution against Ramco leading practices and recommend opportunities to maximise standard functionality.
- Prepare findings with risk ratings, business impact and actionable recommendations.
- Present findings and the improvement roadmap to senior stakeholders and provide remediation support where required.
About You:
- 8+ years' payroll experience, including 5+ years' hands-on Ramco Payroll experience.
- Strong experience across Ramco Payroll implementations, support, enhancements or transformation.
- Experience conducting payroll health checks, solution reviews, audits, QA or independent assurance assessments.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, statutory compliance, calculations, controls and reconciliations.
- Hands-on knowledge of Ramco configuration, integrations, data conversion, reporting, security and support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear business risks and practical recommendations.
Desirable:
- Ramco Payroll certification or equivalent accreditation.
- Experience in payroll transformation, audit, program assurance or vendor governance.
- Multi-country payroll and statutory compliance experience.
- Experience with payroll parallel runs, reconciliation and post-go-live stabilisation.
