We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – Ramco Payroll to independently review and assess a Ramco Payroll solution currently under implementation, identify risks and gaps, and provide practical recommendations for improvement.

? Key Responsibilities

- Review Ramco Payroll solution design, configuration and implementation approach
- Assess end-to-end payroll processes, controls and statutory configuration
- Review integrations across HRMS, Time & Attendance, Finance, Banking, Tax and Benefits
- Identify configuration gaps, inefficiencies, customisation and scalability risks
- Assess data quality, security, segregation of duties and governance
- Analyse recurring payroll issues and identify root causes
- Benchmark the solution against Ramco leading practices




- Provide risk-rated findings and actionable recommendations
- Present improvement roadmaps to senior stakeholders

? Ideal Candidate

✔ 8 years of payroll experience with 5 years of hands-on Ramco Payroll experience

✔ Robust Ramco implementation, support and transformation experience

✔ Experience in payroll health checks, audits, QA or independent assurance

✔ Strong understanding of payroll calculations, controls and reconciliations

✔ Hands-on knowledge of Ramco configuration, integrations, reporting and security

✔ Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills

⭐ Nice to Have

- Ramco Payroll certification
- Payroll transformation / program assurance experience
- Multi-country payroll & statutory compliance
- Parallel runs and post-go-live stabilisation experience
