Two Hands Parramatta is seeking an experienced Senior Cook to join our team on a full-time basis.

The Senior Cook will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintaining consistent food quality and presentation, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring an efficient service.

The role requires solid experience in Italian-style cuisine, particularly hand-stretched pizzas, pizza dough preparation and classic pasta dishes, as well as experience with American-style casual dining menu items.

This is a permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week, with a salary of $90,000 per annum + superannuation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Examine foodstuffs to ensure high culinary quality and freshness.
- Prepare, season, and cook menu items specializing in hand-stretched pizzas, pizza dough, pasta dishes, and gourmet casual dining items.
- Monitor and regulate temperatures of pizza ovens, commercial grills, fryers, and other cooking equipment.
- Portion, plate, and garnish all dishes to maintain consistent presentation standards.




- Store food in temperature-controlled facilities in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Prepare food items to meet special dietary requirements as requested.
- Assist in estimating food requirements and maintaining clean, organized workstations.
- Maintain strict compliance with HACCP principles, food safety regulations, and WHS procedures.

Skills & Experience Required

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience in a high-volume commercial environment.
- Strong experience preparing pizza dough, hand-stretched pizzas, pasta dishes, and casual dining items.
- Sound knowledge of Australian food hygiene, food safety, and WHS requirements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
