A large upcoming Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations program is kicking off in Melbourne and we’re looking for a Senior Consultant-level F&O; specialist to join the delivery team.
This is a hands-on consulting role in a proper project environment — workshops, design, configuration, and supporting the full delivery lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading discovery and requirements workshops with business stakeholders
- Translating needs into functional design (fit-gap, process mapping, solution options)
- Configuring D365 F&O; and supporting build activities across the team
- Working closely with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and downstream impacts
- Supporting SIT/UAT , defect triage, training inputs, and go-live readiness
- Producing clear documentation (designs, user stories, test support, change notes)
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Senior Functional Consultant on D365 F&O; programs
- Solid end-to-end delivery capability: requirements → design → config → test → deploy
- Confidence dealing with stakeholders in Finance / Operations (you can hold a room)
- Experience in one or more modules such as:
- Finance (GL/AP/AR/Fixed Assets)
- Procurement & Sourcing
- Supply Chain / Inventory / Warehousing
- Projects (depending on the program)
- Bonus points for: enterprise implementations, multi-entity rollouts, regulated environments, solid documentation discipline
