Your Role: As a Senior Dental Assistant, you’ll play an important role in creating smooth,
organised clinical days and delivering the standard of care and experience our patients have come to expect. Your responsibilities will include:
- Chair-side assisting
- Preparing patients and providing pre and post-operative support
- Assist with clinical photographs, digital scans, and treatment records
- Supporting digital workflows
- Maintain exceptional standards of sterilisation and infection control
- Preparing treatment rooms, equipment and materials to ensure efficient clinical days
- Anticipating clinician and patient needs and helping the clinical team stay ahead
- Contributing to improvement in clinical systems, workflows and team efficiency
About You Clinical experience matters to us, but who you are and how you show up matters more.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has dental assisting experience. Has experience with implant procedures or is motivated to develop these skills.
- Holds a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (not essential)
- Is comfortable with technology, and knowing how to operate and use AI tools is highly regarded
- Is authentic and has natural ability in leadership
- Has strong self-awareness and actively asks questions, seeks feedback and opportunities to improve
- Brings energy and capacity, and has a robust work ethic
- Thinks ahead, is solution focused and approaches challenges and pressure positively
- Demonstrates sound judgement and knows when to take initiative and when to seek guidance
