We're looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Sydney team and take the lead on innovative, high-impact national projects across a range of sectors and locations across Australia.

What is your role?

You'll take ownership of civil design delivery across a range of brownfield and building civil projects, including data centres and aviation, from concept through to construction documentation. This is a hands-on design role with project leadership responsibilities: leading civil on projects, coordinating across disciplines, and escalating project issues to Principals where needed.



You'll work across stormwater management and drainage design, earthworks, road and public domain.

You'll mentor junior and intermediate engineers directly on the tools, take ownership of the quality of your team's deliverables, and contribute to multidisciplinary coordination across a growing civil practice.

About You

- You bring 5 or more years of experience in civil engineering in Australia, with a background in land development, building civil, and urban renewal projects. You have strong technical skills across stormwater management and drainage design, earthworks, and site design.
- You are proficient in 12D, DRAINS and MUSIC.
- Experience with TUFLOW and AutoCAD is highly advantageous, as is knowledge of flexible pavement design using CIRCLY.
- You have a solid understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks including local council requirements, WSUD principles, TfNSW guidelines and stormwater management codes.
- You hold a civil engineering degree.
- You take ownership of the quality of your deliverables and bring a detail-oriented and collaborative mindset to everything you produce. You have project experience across building civil,



public domain and streetscape work, and you are comfortable leading small to medium projects, mentoring junior and intermediate engineers on the tools, and engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Driver Licence and ability to drive (preferred)
- Occasional/rare interstate travel
