About the Company Our client is an experienced Residential Developer and Builder specialising in detached wholesale housing projects, and special projects ranging from units, townhouses and high end architectural homes.
About the Position An chance currently exists for a Senior Estimator to join the team supporting the Production Estimating Manager. As 2IC of this department your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities will include
- Provide support to Production Estimating Manager and Production estimating team
- Prepare estimates for complex and high end home projects
- Assist with workflow management
- Check energy efficiency reports
- Manage discrepancies and speak with trades and supervisors
- Training and support for production estimating team
Skills and Experience
Suitable candidates must demonstrate
- 5 years experience in residential estimating
- Experience with highset double storey and higher end builds
- Databuild experience
- Strong eye for detail and quality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
