Strongman & Crouch is offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate, client-focused lawyer to join our highly regarded Commercial Disputes and Insolvency practice in the heart of the Melbourne CBD.

What We're Looking For

n

We're seeking a lawyer with:

n

n
- 2+ years PQE in commercial litigation and/or insolvency
n
- A desire to build a deep, strategic skill set through direct exposure to complex, high-value disputes
n
- An interest in working closely with principals and clients, not sitting behind layers of hierarchy
n
- A mindset that values collaboration, initiative, and quality outcomes
n

What the Role Involves

n

- You'll collaborate closely with experienced principals and clients, often dealing directly with senior decision-makers, and:
n
- working on significant and complex disputes in higher courts
n
- regularly attending and instructing in court
n
- engaging in mediations,



negotiations, and regulatory or disciplinary enforcement actions.
n
