The Steelers Club is seeking a reliable, motivated and hands-on Part-Time Cellar & Maintenance Attendant to join our Operations team.

This is a varied role that combines cellar operations, stock control and general maintenance to ensure our Club continues to provide an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

n

About the Role

n

n
- Receiving, unloading and storing beverage deliveries.
n
- Maintaining cellar organisation, cleanliness and stock rotation (FIFO).
n
- Changing beer kegs and maintaining beverage systems.
n
- Ensuring bars are fully stocked for daily trade.
n
- Assisting with stocktakes, inventory control and invoice checking.
n
- Performing general maintenance and minor repairs throughout the Club.
n
- Coordinating and liaising with external contractors for maintenance and repair works when required.
n
- Setting up and packing down equipment for functions and events.
n
- Maintaining external areas, storage rooms, loading docks and plant rooms.
n
- Monitoring stock levels, stock ordering and stocktake.
n
- Test and tag electrical equipment.
n
- Working safely while contributing to a clean, organised and efficient workplace.

About You

n

- Experience in a licensed club, hospitality, warehouse, cellar or maintenance setting (preferred).
n
- Experience with beverage stock handling and keg systems (highly regarded).
n
- Good organisational and time management skills.
n
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
n
- Basic computer skills.
n
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling and lifting.
n
- A robust commitment to workplace health and safety.
n
- A Test & Tag qualification (preferred but not essential).
n
