Service Technicians

We have an exciting opportunity for Workshop Service Technicians to join our expanding service team at our Mount Isa facility.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of Sandvik mobile mining equipment.
n
- Conduct mechanical maintenance in line with equipment maintenance plans, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
n
- Maintain accurate records of parts usage, equipment status, and work hours.
n
- Provide insightful feedback to improve maintenance planning and machine performance.
n
- Uphold and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
n

What You Bring
n
n
- Australian-recognized Mechanical Trade Certification (Heavy Vehicle, Mobile Plant preferred, Light Vehicle may be considered).
n
- Previous experience with trucks, loaders, and drilling mobile mining equipment is highly advantageous.
n
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a commitment to customer service and safety.
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
n
- Basic computer literacy and strong record-keeping abilities.
n
- Class C Manual Driver's License.
n
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, reference checks, police checks, and regular onsite drug & alcohol testing.
n
