Our client, a large Western Australian organisation, is seeking a passionate and driven Sourcing Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Compile detailed job descriptions in partnership with consultants and clients
n
- Manage job postings across platforms including Bullhorn, SEEK, and Idibu
n
- Maintain clear communication with clients and candidates throughout the process
n
- Oversee workload and performance of coordinators, providing guidance and support
n
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all documentation
n
- Conduct database searches and shortlist candidates using Bullhorn, SEEK, and LinkedIn
n

About You

n

n
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, or within a sales-focused or sales administration position (e.g., recruitment, real estate)
n




- Ability to work in high-volume environments
n
- Strong relationship building skills
n
- Highly proactive, with a solutions-focused attitude
n
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
n
- Experience with Bullhorn CRM highly regarded
n
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as SEEK, LinkedIn, and Idibu is a plus
n
