About You

n

- You're a product-minded engineer... you think in customer problems, not tickets or 'stories'
n
- You're basically a product designer, but in code - creating elegant, simple solutions
n
- You ship fast - taking a pragmatic, well-scoped, outcome-first, not perfection-first approach
n
- You enjoy communicating with customers, exec, support & sales - not just PMs & other engineers
n
- Comfortable across the stack (.NET + Angular) - owning outcomes
n
- You like small squads, rapid co-discovery & co-delivery loops
n
- You value clarity, first principles, and making smart trade-offs
n

What You'll Do

n

You'll work in a hyper cross-functional squad to design, build, and ship things that moves the needle.

1 Discover & Shape

n

n
- Partner with PMs/Designers to deeply understand customer pains
n




- Prototype and experiment to de-risk ideas early
n
- Help shape what we build, not just how
n

n

2 Build & Own

n

n
- Develop across our core platform: C# + Azure/GCP
n
- Own work from idea → scope → delivery → iteration
n
- Jump into API integrations, performance issues, technical investigations
n

3 Improve & Learn

n

n
- Contribute to our Product Engineering culture
n
- Help refine our architecture without disappearing into "ivory tower" thinking
n
