CV Services Group is seeking a Leading Hand Electrician to join our Electrical Construction team, working on a high rise commercial and residential building project. This is a outstanding opportunity for a hands‐on electrician ready to take the next step, leading a small on‐site team while remaining actively involved in delivery.

About The Role
n
You'll play a key role in the day‐to‐day delivery of electrical works on a major high rise project. Leading a small team, you'll coordinate site activities, ensure works are completed safely and to a high standard, and keep programs tracking to schedule.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Lead and support a small team of electricians on site
n
- Deliver electrical packages on high rise / multi‐storey construction projects
n
- Coordinate daily works to meet program and quality requirements
n
- Ensure compliance with WHS, AS/NZS wiring rules and site standards
n
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and project teams
n
- Set the standard for workmanship, safety and professionalism
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
n
n
- Trade qualification as an Electrician with a current Queensland Electrical Licence
n
- A solid grounding in construction electrical works (high rise / multi‐storey exposure is ideal, but not essential)
n
- The confidence to lead by example, coordinate a small crew, and keep daily tasks moving
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n
- Sound knowledge of AS/NZS wiring rules and construction methodologies
n
- Current Driver's Licence and Construction White Card
n
n
