Role Summary:

This role drives sales leads through digital marketing campaigns, customer acquisitions, analysing key markets, and building business relationships.

- Strategic marketing campaigns and planning.

- Perform market research and analyse competitors.

- SEO, keyword research, content creation planning and research.

- Analytics (G4A) for conversion tracking and funnel optimisation.

- Website optimisation and managing website projects, improvements, and SEO.

- Email marketing, newsletters, set up and manage email autoresponders.

- Digital content (images or video) creation and production.

- Social media marketing; Regular content and customer engagement via Social accounts.

- Reporting, data analysis, and presenting data to stakeholders.

- Ads campaign and events management.

- Collect and analyse customer feedback on current products.

- Manage and build relationships with key stakeholders.

- Engage and build trust with the existing customer base.
