About the Role
n
As a Registered Nurse / Educator, you'll work across two key areas:
n
n
- Clinical Care: Support participants with complex needs, review and update care plans, and provide hands‐on clinical expertise.
n
- Education & Training: Build and deliver practical training programs (including Train-the-Trainer)
to strengthen the skills of our Support Workers and RN team.
n
n
About You
n
n
- Current AHPRA registration (RN)
n
- Experience delivering High Intensity Supports in disability or clinical settings
n
- Strong background in nursing education and hands‐on training
n
- Ability to translate care plans into easy‐to‐follow training materials
n
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
n
- Flexible and willing to travel to sites across NSW
n
