Job Description

- Launch and scale a new agriculture‐focused vertical on a national basis in this newly created role
n
- Build direct relationships with farmers, growers and producers across key crops
n
- Develop a national supplier network and manage sourcing from growers
n
- Sell chemical and additive solutions into the agricultural market
n
- Manage both buy‐side and sell‐side commercial activity
n
- Drive sustainable growth, supply consistency and commercial performance
n
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support long‐term market entry and scale
n

The Successful Applicant

n

n
- Proven experience in agribusiness or agricultural sales
n
- Existing network across farmers, growers or agricultural supply chains
n
- Strong understanding of agricultural cycles, buying behaviours and long sales processes
n
- Commercially astute with the ability to manage two‐sided markets
n
- Relationship‐driven, credible and comfortable engaging directly with producers
n
- Motivated by long‐term growth, culture and progression into leadership
n
