Role Summary

n

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Logistics Manager to take full ownership of our inbound, outbound, and inventory management operations across our fast-growing distribution business. This role is responsible for ensuring stock accuracy, on-time deliveries, cost efficiency, and system visibility across retail and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage inbound shipments from overseas suppliers and local vendors
n
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers
n
- Track ETAs, delays, and clearance status
n
- Ensure accurate receiving, checking, and system booking-in
n
- Manage outbound deliveries to retailers, distributors, and e-commerce customers
n
- Coordinate with 3PLs, couriers, and warehouses
n
- Ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance
n
- Resolve delivery delays, damages, and exceptions
n

Inventory & Stock Control

n

n
- Own daily stock monitoring and reconciliation
n
- Maintain high inventory accuracy across WMS / ERP systems
n




- Associated managing stock ageing, slow-moving, and dead stock
n
- Conduct cycle counts and full stock takes
n
- Control DOA, RMA, and refurbishment stock flow
n

n

Forecast & Supply Planning Support

n

n
- Work with Sales & PM on demand forecasting
n
- Support replenishment planning and safety stock setup
n
- Identify supply risks and capacity constraints
n

n

Process, Systems & Compliance

n

n
- Continuously improve logistics SOPs and workflows
n
- Drive system optimisation across ERP, WMS, and courier platforms
n
- Ensure compliance with WHS and retail delivery standards
n

n

Cost & Performance Management

n

n
- Control freight, warehousing, and logistics costs
n
- Monitor and report logistics KPIs
n
- Support Finance with freight accruals and stock valuation
n

n

Team & Partner Management

n

n
- Manage internal warehouse staff (if applicable)
n
- Manage 3PL and logistics service providers
n
- Drive SLAs and supplier performance reviews
n

n

Key Requirements

n

n
- 2+ years of logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management experience
n
- Strong experience in inbound, outbound, and inventory control
n
- Experience with ERP / WMS systems (Cin7 etc preferred)
n
- Understanding of freight, customs, incoterms & 3PL operations
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- Retail, consumer electronics or FMCG experience preferred
n
