About the Role
- We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs), Enrolled Nurses (ENs), Registered Midwives, Assistants in Nursing (AINs), and Assistants in Midwifery (AIMs) to join our healthcare team at Royal North Shore Hospital, Ryde Hospital, Macquarie Hospital, and Hornsby Hospital.
As a healthcare skilled with Nurselink Healthcare, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to patients and residents across healthcare and aged care settings. You will work alongside experienced healthcare teams to ensure patients and residents receive strong clinical and emotional support while maintaining their dignity, safety, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality, evidence-based nursing and personal care.
- Conduct assessments, administer medications within your scope of practice, and contribute to individualised care plans.
- Support and supervise Enrolled Nurses (ENs), Assistants in Nursing (AINs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), where applicable to your role.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
- Support compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, policies, procedures, and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Liaise with patients, residents, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic and person-centred care.

Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse, or Registered Midwife, where applicable.
- Certificate III in Health Services Assistance for eligible AIN positions.
- Current enrolment in a Bachelor of Nursing for eligible student positions.
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant accreditation requirements.
- Current National Police Check.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check preferred or required, depending on the position.
- Up-to-date immunisations, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations, as required by the relevant facility.
- Excellent communication, clinical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
