Recruitment Consultant- PropertySpecialising in Commercial, Retail and Industrial

Our client is a highly respected and award-winning commercial property agency in Adelaide, known for delivering outstanding results and nurturing long-term client relationships. They are now seeking a driven and professional Sales & Leasing Executive to join their dynamic team.

The Role This is a rapid-paced, client-facing role where you'll be responsible for:

n

- Prospecting and securing new commercial sales and leasing opportunities
n
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors
n
- Conducting property inspections and negotiations
n
- Preparing marketing campaigns and lease/sale documentation
n
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets
n
- Providing market advice and insights to clients
n

The Ideal Candidate You'll thrive in this role if you have:

- Proven experience in commercial or residential sales/leasing

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

- A reliable car and valid driver's licence
