Port Macquarie City Bowling Club is seeking Chef de Partie to support the day-to-day management of the club's food offerings and ensure profitable, high‑quality service for members, guests and visitors.
Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will manage ordering, stock control and supervise kitchen staff, while training and mentoring the team to maintain service excellence. This permanent role requires weekend availability and shift flexibility.
