THE ROLE
n
Reporting to the executive leadership team, the Head of Finance will take ownership of the finance function and build the frameworks the business needs to grow - budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and commercial reporting.
n
This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear pathway to CFO.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
n
n
- Build and own budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow models
n
- Provide commercial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
n
- Own working capital management and surface financial risks proactively
n
- Oversee month-end close, management reporting, and financial controls
n
- Lead and develop a small,
close-knit finance team
n
- Drive improvement across financial systems and reporting tools
n
n
ABOUT YOU
n
n
- 8+ years in commercial finance, FP&A;, or senior finance leadership
n
- Background in retail, e-commerce, or inventory-driven businesses preferred
n
- Proven experience building forecasting and reporting frameworks from scratch
n
- Solid working capital, inventory, and margin knowledge
n
- Confident communicator - able to simplify financials for non-finance stakeholders
n
- CPA / CA preferred
n
