Senior Graphic Designer (Freelance - Month to Month)

Onsite | Real Estate Client

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join a high-profile real estate property client on a month-to-month freelance basis, working onsite with a collaborative and fast-paced team. This is a hands‐on role suited to a designer who is equally solid across print and digital, confident taking projects from concept through to execution, and comfortable juggling a wide variety of creative outputs.

What you'll be working on

- Concept development and design for property sales campaigns
n
- Print collateral including catalogues, brochures, and display signage
n
- Digital assets such as eDMs, social media posts, and campaign visuals
n
- Social media video content (basic editing and motion)
n
- Brand-aligned creative across multiple touchpoints and formats
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Senior-level graphic design experience
n




- Strong skills across both print and digital design in property or corporate branding
n
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator essential)
n
- Figma experience required
n
- Basic Adobe Premiere Pro skills (or equivalent video editing experience)
n
- Ability to work efficiently onsite and collaborate with internal stakeholders
n
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
n
