Responsibilities

- Staying current on IT Applications guidelines and maintaining related licenses and certifications.
n
- Managing the existing ERP function to ensure flawless operational excellence across corporate and legacy ERP systems.
n
- Crafting and developing succession paths within the ERP organization.
n
- Providing organizational and operational support to all strategic enterprise applications projects.
n
- Developing a highly engaged, technically outstanding engineering organization to support business needs.
n
- Managing team and engineering processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
n
- Achieving department goals by managing team activities, planning, evaluating, and developing growth opportunities.
n
- Guiding programs and projects using standard methodologies to achieve desired outcomes.
n
- Collaborating closely with IT business partners to understand, interpret, and disseminate project requirements.
n
- Running the build, development, and management of the implementation of processes and procedures.
n
- Driving operational excellence to improve performance, enhance value, reduce waste, increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve key performance metrics.

Requirements

n

n
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, computer science, project management, engineering,



or related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
n
- At least five years of experience leading engineering or applications teams at a manager level or above.
n
- At least eight years of experience managing engineering SAAS delivery projects.
n
- At least 10 years of experience working with Microsoft D365 F&O.;
n
- Significant experience in configuring, developing and supporting Finance, GSC and Warehousing modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.;
n
- Recent experience coordinating a staff of 10-20 engineers, business analysts, system admins, and data analysts.
n
- Demonstrated success in guiding innovation and deploying current technologies.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Collaborative leadership style.
n
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
n
- High learning agility for the technical domain.
n
- High emotional intelligence.
n
- Willingness to travel on project assignments as needed (25%).
n
