We're Allies Management - an independent, full-service marketing agency based in Brisbane and Adelaide, specialising in scaling service-based businesses across Australia.

Our team is growing, and we're looking for a Junior Paid Ads Specialist to join us on a part-time basis.

About the Role - 20 hours per week (days flexible)

n

This is a part-time, hands-on opportunity for someone early in their paid media career who's eager to build real experience across Meta, Google and other digital advertising platforms.

n

You'll work closely with Ciara, our Head of Digital, to support campaign setup, optimisation, reporting and creative testing across a diverse client portfolio. This role suits someone who is analytical, creative, organised and genuinely passionate about performance marketing and the digital landscape.

- Assisting with the setup and management of paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other platforms
n
- Monitoring campaign performance and helping optimise towards client KPIs
n
- Cuddles from our office pup, Pablo
n
- Supporting reporting and analysis across all campaign activity
n
- Assisting with audience research,



competitor analysis and creative insights
n
- Collaborating with our creative teams to develop high-performing ad creative, and at times editing assets using Canva and/or CapCut
n
- Sweet treat runs with the team
n
- Staying across platform updates, emerging trends and new opportunities
n
- Contributing ideas during strategy and brainstorming sessions
n

Our dream candidate has:

- An understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
n
- Experience creating content with CapCut, Canva or similar programs
n
- Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Good written and verbal communication
n
- A proactive attitude — you're always keen to have a crack at a new task or challenge!

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
n
- Passion for social media, advertising and digital culture
n
