Your Impact

n

As Senior Product Manager, you'll own the success of our core product portfolio and current product pipeline. You will:

n

n
- Shape and deliver the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring solid market fit and alignment with growth targets
n
- Lead go-to-market launches, coordinating pricing, systems integration, collateral and campaigns
n
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from continuous improvement to rationalisation and discontinuation
n
- Drive market intelligence and pricing strategy, analysing competitors and reporting on performance
n
- Act as the hub of product knowledge, training and equipping teams and distributor partners
n




- Ensure all products meet sustainability commitments and compliance standards in Australia and the USA
n

n

About You

n

n
- 8+ years' experience in product management, ideally in durable goods, manufacturing or related industries
n
- Bachelor's degree in industrial design, engineering, business or similar
n
- Professional qualifications or experience in industrial design highly regarded
n
- Proven success in cross-functional product launches and lifecycle management
n
- Commercially astute with solid analytical and pricing expertise
n
- Skilled in systems thinking and efficiency (e.g. BOM management, production optimisation)
n
- A confident communicator and trainer, comfortable presenting to internal teams and external partners
n
- Passionate about innovation, sustainability and design excellence
n

- Evidence of strong product-market fit through customer feedback, adoption and sales growth
n
- On-time, in-full and within-budget delivery of product launches
n
- Effective lifecycle management with a rationalised portfolio, reduced part complexity and timely discontinuations
n
- Accurate and timely pricing updates and competitor analysis
n
- High-quality, up-to-date collateral and documentation
n
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and effective team training
n
