Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Security Officers to join our expanding operations across Melbourne CBD and the South Eastern Suburbs.

We have multiple full-time and casual opportunities available working on a 24/7 rotating roster, providing excellent opportunities to build a long-term career within a growing organisation.

About the Role

n

As a Security Officer, you will play an important role in protecting our clients' people, property and assets while delivering exceptional customer service.

n

Responsibilities include:

n

- Access control and visitor management
n
- Concierge and customer service duties
n




- Foot patrols and site inspections
n
- CCTV and alarm monitoring
n
- Incident response and emergency management
n
- Report writing and electronic record keeping
n
- Liaising with clients, contractors and emergency services
n
- Maintaining a professional and visible security presence
n

n

About You

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Current Victorian Security Licence
n
- Current First Aid Certificate
n
- Woring With Childrens Check (WWCC) Employee
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Solid customer service focus
n
- Professional presentation and reliable work ethic
n
- Good computer literacy
n
- Ability to work day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts as part of a rotating roster
n
- If Visa Holder, you need valid working rights
n

Highly Desirable

n

n
- Victorian Security Licence with Control Room Operator accreditation
n
- Previous experience in corporate, government or critical infrastructure security
n
- Experience operating CCTV, access control and security management systems
n
