We're looking for an experienced Test Lead / Test Manager who can operate in a true consulting-and‐doing role — shaping strategy while also delivering outcomes on the ground.

n

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Assess the client's current testing capability and maturity
n
- Define and implement improvements across testing practices, processes, and tooling
n
- Act as a trusted advisor — consulting with stakeholders on what to do and why
n
- Lead and execute testing activities across complex systems and integrations, including Billing/ Payroll systems, Finance platforms, Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), Enterprise and integration-heavy environments
n
- Balance strategic leadership with hands‐on testing delivery where required
n

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience as a Test Lead / Test Manager in a complex enterprise setting
n
- Strong background uplifting testing capability and introducing best practice
n
- Comfortable working across strategy, advisory, and delivery
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Able to cut through complexity and focus on practical, value‐driven outcomes
