The Opportunity

Artificial intelligence is reshaping how businesses operate. Our client is investing in AI as a core organisational capability - and they need the right person to lead it.

n

As Lead, AI Solutions, you won't just be deploying AI tools. You'll understand our key business processes and workflows, and prioritise how to embed AI to drive short-term value, whilst also re-designing these processes to be optimised for an AI-native world.

n

Working closely with business and technology leaders, you'll deliver production-ready AI solutions that create measurable impact across customer experience, operational efficiency and commercial performance.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Identify and prioritise AI opportunities across the business in partnership with senior leaders
n
- Optimise current business processes using AI, whilst re-designing these processes for an AI-native future
n
- Design, build and deploy production AI solutions integrated into enterprise systems and workflows
n
- Establish reusable delivery patterns and standards to make AI a scalable, repeatable capability
n




- Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement, change management and ongoing training
n
- Define success measures, track outcomes and continuously improve deployed solutions
n
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and advocate for where they create competitive advantage
n

What We're Looking For

n

Our client is far more interested in your ability to solve real business problems with AI than the number of years you've spent working with it.

n

You may come from AI solution delivery, product management, software engineering, workflow automation, solutions architecture, technical consulting or enterprise systems.

n

What matters most:

- Strong systems thinking combined with a sharp product mindset
n
- Comfortable operating across frontline, business and technical teams equally
n
- A bias toward building and testing - not just advising
n
- Genuine curiosity and a passion for continuous learning
n
- Experience with AI platforms, APIs, enterprise integrations or cloud technologies (highly advantageous)
