About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you'll play an important role in delivering fundraising initiatives that inspire supporters and grow donor engagement across SecondBite and FareShare.

n

Working closely with the Fundraising team and our external agencies, you'll coordinate integrated fundraising campaigns, support individual giving programs and help deliver exceptional experiences for our donors and community fundraisers.

n

This position is a part-time role (3 days per week) with flexible working arrangements.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate and deliver multi-channel fundraising campaigns, including our major Tax and Christmas Appeals.
n
- Support and grow our Regular Giving (monthly donor) program.
n
- Plan data selections and work with the CRM.
n
- Support community fundraising events and provide guidance to community fundraisers.
n
- Assist with Gifts in Wills initiatives and donor stewardship activities.
n
- Build and maintain robust relationships with donors and supporters.
n
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
n
- Work collaboratively across the organisation to maximise fundraising outcomes.

Desired Skills and Experience

You're an organized and relationship-focused professional who enjoys balancing creativity with project management. To be successful, you'll bring experience in some (if not all) of the following:

- Experience in fundraising, donor engagement, direct marketing, or campaign management.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail.
n
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
- Experience coordinating marketing or fundraising campaigns from planning through to delivery.
n
- Experience using a CRM database (Salesforce experience is highly regarded).
n
- A proactive, collaborative approach, and a genuine passion for making a difference.
