This position is responsible for overseeing the daily food and beverage service and ensuring that it meets the guests' expectation by following hygienic food and beverage handling procedures and well as being accountable on a shift basis for the operations through effective people skills, support revenue initiatives, maintain cost control and providing 'Total Customer Satisfaction'.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a food and beverage outlet, with supervisory qualifications desirable.
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
Strong knowledge of a variety of beverages including beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.
Micros knowledge desirable.
Experience or formal training in hospitality industry including working experience in a star class hotel or a fast paced restaurant.
