Job Description

We are looking for Personal Care Assistants to join our team. We offer a variety of shifts including morning, afternoon, and night shifts across the week. As part of a dedicated team who work hard to create a secure, home-like environment you'll be responsible for:

n

- Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing
n
- Supporting day-to-day tasks such as eating and social activities
n
- Working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed
n
- Maintaining documentation and working as part of a team to ensure our residents' health and wellbeing are optimised
n
- Providing high quality service to families and the community
n

About the Candidate

- A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
n
- Med comp certificate preferred
n
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
n
- Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
n
- A reliable team player
n
- Understanding of workplace health and safety
n
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
n
