- Managing/ Administration of Aruba's D365 Env
n
- Product Solution Delivery
n
- Build and checks all deployments run sheet
n
- Architecture specification
n
- Configuration and Customization
n
- Perform functional/ technical PO validation
n
- Business Support
n
- Escalation and Coordination with Microsoft
n
- Escalation from SCOUT Support Channel
n
- Escalation from IT Support
n
- Senior stakeholders Escalation
n
- CRM / General Skills
n
- Azure, D365 CRM-ERP architectural experience

- D365 F&O; - System administration and configuration

- Monitor - Build and Deploy D365 F&O; customizations

- Strong familiarity with Lifecycle Services (LCS) - D365 F&O; environments administration
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams/ vendors to ensure system integrations are seamless
n
- Recognize and understand the issues impacting systems and recommend solutions that meet operational needs
n
- Experience in data migration on D365 CRM/ F&O; Projects
n
- Experience in preparing Go-Live cutover plans (Go-live Runsheet)
