Job Description

n
- Coordinate and execute project logistics across all modes of transport
n
- Work actively with service providers across all modes of transport and be able to source competitive rates
n
- Assist with tender submissions in the areas of planning, execution and pricing in time frames required
n
- Assist in the development and expansion of customer relationships, client base and client retention
n
- Order tracking & follows up with job registrations
n
- Problem solve with a range of stakeholders including airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, co-loaders and customers
n
- Liaise with customers when organising required transport
n
- Communicate regularly & provide strong customer care whilst servicing our customer and service provider needs
n

Requirements

n
- Project freight forwarding experience preferred
n
- Attention to detail and accuracy of data input
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
n
- CW1 knowledge is preferred
n
