Senior EA to a Founder. $90k to $120k. Tamborine Mountain.

I'm Vaughn Royer. I run two businesses, one of them AI focused, and I'm hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to work directly with me.

This is not a junior role.

I'm looking for someone I can hand a messy problem to and get a solved problem back. Someone who makes calls when I'm not in the room and briefs me after. If you need every task defined before you start, this will frustrate us both.

What the role actually is

Inbox, calendar, travel and the general protection of my time.

The real work is owning projects end to end. Chasing bottlenecks until they clear. Sitting in on things and knowing what to action without being told. Getting your hands dirty when something needs finishing and there's nobody else to finish it.

What I need from you

Judgement. Discretion. The confidence to tell me when I've got something wrong.





You don't need an AI background. You do need real curiosity about it. The tools we use change monthly and I need someone who leans in rather than waits for training. I'm not asking you to learn a recent craft. I am asking you to stay open while the work keeps shifting.

The details

$90k to $120k depending on experience. Full time, in the office on Tamborine Mountain. You'll either live up here or be genuinely happy with the drive.
